Perry graduated from University of the West of England, Bristol with a BSc honours degree in Physiotherapy in the summer of 2005. He worked in the NHS for 4 years, as well as working part time in professional sport at the Reading Football Club Academy, which allowed him to understand the demands placed on elite level children as well as day to day sporting injuries. He also has experience in Rugby as he spent a season as a physiotherapist for a local team in Gloucester while he was working at the Gloucester Royal Hospital before moving to Frimley Park Hospital in 2008.
Perry decided to move to New Zealand to seek further challenges and ended up working in a private practice in Queenstown where he spent 9 months treating various musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries. While he was there he was involved in the early stages of a football academy trying to promote football to children in a mostly Rugby mad country.
When Perry returned to his home town of Crowthorne he joined the Rodger Duckworth Physiotherapy Practice in June 2010. He has since completed a post graduate qualification in acupuncture and is a member of the acupuncture association of chartered physiotherapists. He is also trained in the assessment and treatment of dizziness and vestibular disorders which can cause a huge amount of anxiety with sufferers. Perry has experience in treating all musculoskeletal conditions and post operative rehabilitation with a main interest in lower limb sporting injuries.
Perry is very passionate about physiotherapy and helping his patients return to the best possible quality of life.
